New Cancellation conditions for Summer 2020

Dear guests!
Even in the current situation around COVID-19 with its restrictions, we would like to inform you about our new cancellation conditions for summer bookings in the period from 01.05.2020 to 31.10.2020. For us it is importan for yo to make a carefree summer booking at the Aparthotel Steger.

Should the travel restriction still exist with us at the time of your vacation, we will of course accommodate you and cancel your bookings according to our new, temporary cancellation conditions. You can cancel or rebook free of charge and risk-free up to 14 days before arrival or convert the deposit already made into a voucher. Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee will be charged.
