Cancellations and travel insurance
Our regular cancellation coditions
The booking conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations (ÖHVB) apply.
- 3 Months or more - no cancellation fee
- 3 Months till 1 Month - 40% of the total agreed price
- 1 Month till one 1 Week befor the date of arrival - 70% of the total agreed price
- 7 days befor arriving - 90% of the total agreed price

Due to the fact that something can always go wrong either before or during your holiday, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance. We will be happy to do this for you.
