In Wagrain, our Aparthotel Steger is located in the middle of Ski amadé, the largest ski region in Austria. With one lift pass you can ski on 720 kilometres of slopes. From that there are nearly 35 kilometres of the best-prepared slopes in Wagrain.

Cross- country skiers and skaters are well taken care of at Aparthotel Steger. The Tauern cross-country skiing trails offer 120 kilometres of the best-prepared tracks for your cross-country skiing holiday and they go right pass the front door.

It does not matter whether you prefer the classic style or skating – the trails in Wagrain offer the perfect conditions for an all round successful cross-country skiing holiday.

Curling

Snowshoe walking is an adventure in nature in its purest form. The solitude of the fresh snowy woods as well as making the first track through the virgin snow is liberating. Once a week we will accompany you on a snowshow hike through snowy Wagrain in Salzburger Land.
